Would you really be surprised if we told you the state with reportedly the most sinning is home to… Sin City?

Nevada consistently ranks near the top of these lists and in 2023, WalletHub says they’re at the top. The folks over there measured several metrics including; anger & hatred, jealousy, excesses & vices, greed and lust. The Silver State ranked in the top ten of each, including number one in lust.

Ranking first in the “lust” category and second overall was California. First in jealousy and third overall is Louisiana. Florida and Pennsylvania rank in the top 5.

States where the lifestyle is more pure, at least based on this list include Iowa, Vermont, New Hampshire, Idaho and the least populated state ranks as the “least sinful,’ Wyoming.
